Return Policy

Want to return something? Here’s how it works.

Step 1: Register your return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register your return.

Simply register your return using the return button in your account. There’s no need to send an email.

Once you’ve registered your return, you can send it back right away. You then have another 14 days to return the package.

Step 2: Send your return

Please include a note in the package with your name and order number. Without these details, I won’t be able to process your return properly.

You can choose your preferred carrier to send the package back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. I recommend sending your return with tracking and keeping your proof of shipment.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original labels attached. Of course, you can try them on and inspect them as you would in a store.

Step 3: Get your money back 

Once I have received and processed your return, you’ll receive your refund via the same payment method you used to place your order.

Your refund will be processed within the legally required 14-day period.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Simply place a new order and return the original item using the return procedure described above.

Received a wrong or damaged item? Please email me first at info@dewevershoek.nl with your order number. I’ll sort it out with you.
