Want to cancel your order? Here’s how it works.

Step 1: Request your cancellation

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.

Simply request your cancellation using the cancellation button in your account. There’s no need to send an email.

Has your order already been shipped? Then it can no longer be cancelled. You can return the package once you have received it. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Step 2: Get your money back 

If your cancellation was requested in time and your order has not yet been shipped, the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used to place your order.

I’ll process the refund as soon as possible. The final processing time may depend on your payment provider.

Personalised products

The right of withdrawal may not apply to personalised or custom-made products. If this applies to a product, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
